2. Students and Parents

The platform is intended for students and their parents or legal guardians.

If the student is under the legal age required to accept these Terms independently, the parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on the student’s behalf.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the student’s use of the platform and making sure the information provided is accurate.

3. Account Registration

Student accounts may be created or activated by our team after booking or enrollment.

Users must provide accurate and complete information, including correct student and parent or guardian contact details.

Login credentials must be kept confidential.

Users must not:

  • Share an account with another person
  • Sell, rent, or transfer an account
  • Use another student’s account
  • Provide false registration information
  • Attempt to bypass course access rules
  • Attempt to bypass device restrictions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Course Access

Course access is personal to the enrolled student.

Access may depend on:

  • Payment confirmation
  • Subscription status

  • Lesson order
  • Homework completion
  • Exam completion
  • Platform rules
  • Device restrictions
  • Security checks

Some lessons, homework, or exams may unlock gradually according to the educational plan.

5. Educational Content and Intellectual Property

All videos, lessons, questions, exams, homework, notes, explanations, designs, logos, graphics, reports, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Mr George Nabil - أ/جورج نبيل.

Users are allowed to access the content only for personal educational use.

Users must not:

  • Download videos unless explicitly allowed
  • Record the screen
  • Capture, copy, or redistribute videos
  • Share course materials with others
  • Copy or distribute homework, exams, or questions
  • Sell, publish, or reuse platform content

  • Remove watermarks or security features

Unauthorized copying, recording, sharing, or distribution may lead to account suspension and legal action.

6. Secure Video Playback and Watermarking

Videos may include a personal watermark or support code linked to the student account.

The platform may use device restrictions, signed video links, playback tracking, and other security measures to protect course content.

If content is leaked, recorded, or shared without permission, the watermark and playback records may be used to identify the account responsible.

7. Homework Rules

Students may be allowed to upload homework images or PDF files through the web platform.

By uploading homework, the student confirms that:

  • The work belongs to the student
  • The file is related to the assigned homework
  • The file does not contain offensive, illegal, harmful, or unrelated content
  • The platform may store, review, annotate, and use the submission for educational follow-up

We may reject, remove, or restrict uploads that violate these Terms.

8. Exams and Academic Honesty

Students must complete exams and homework honestly.

The following actions are not allowed:

  • Cheating
  • Sharing answers
  • Using another person to complete homework or exams
  • Manipulating scores or attempts
  • Uploading unrelated files
  • Attempting to bypass exam restrictions
  • Attempting to access exam answers without permission

Violations may result in score cancellation, account suspension, access cancellation, or other appropriate action.

9. Communication

We may communicate with students and parents through:

  • Platform notifications

  • Android app notifications
  • WhatsApp

  • In-app messages
  • Support forms

These channels may be used for account activation, course updates, reminders, homework, exams, results, reports, subscription updates, and support.

Users must communicate respectfully with teachers, assistants, agents, staff, and other users.

Abusive, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination.

10. Offline Manual Payments

All course payments are handled offline through manual payment methods.

There is no online card payment processing. The platform and the Android app do not process online card payments, and do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank card details, or online payment credentials.

Access may be activated after your payment is manually confirmed by our team.

The platform may store:

  • Payment status
  • Payment amounts
  • Payment dates
  • Wallet balances
  • Top-up codes
  • Installment records
  • Manual payment references
  • Payment confirmation notes

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information. Any payment issue must be reported through our official support channels (see section 11).

11. Refunds and Payment Issues

All course payments are final. Once a payment is confirmed, it is non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, including for:

  • Change of mind
  • Not using, or stopping use of, the platform
  • Incomplete course participation
  • Missed lessons or exams
  • Internet, device, or browser problems on the user’s side

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Payment errors and access problems

If you believe there is a problem with a payment or with course access — such as a verified duplicate payment, an incorrect recorded amount, a wallet or top-up code issue, or a course that was not activated after a confirmed payment — please report it to our support team.

Verified administrative or payment-record errors will be investigated and corrected. This is handled as a correction of our records, not as a refund.

12. Platform Availability

We try to keep the platform available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The platform may be unavailable or limited due to:

  • Device or browser compatibility issues

  • Payment is not completed, reversed, or disputed
  • The user attempts to copy, record, or distribute content
  • The user abuses staff or other users
  • We detect suspicious, fraudulent, or harmful activity
  • The user attempts to bypass platform rules
  • We are required to do so by law

Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to courses, videos, homework, exams, reports, results, wallet records, and progress records.

15. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Third-Party Services

The platform may use third-party services, including:

  • Google Firebase
  • Google Play services

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

17. No Guaranteed Academic Results

The platform provides educational content, homework, exams, follow-up, reports, and support.

However, academic performance depends on many factors, including student effort, attendance, practice, discipline, exam conditions, and school requirements.

We do not guarantee any specific score, grade, ranking, exam result, or academic outcome.

18. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, improve, remove, or replace parts of the platform or course structure from time to time.
